岗位描述 1、能独立完成机器人产品整机的结构设计（架构设计、总体方案设计、工程方案设计、精密传动结构设计、结构细节设计）和器件选型工作； 2、负责整机的3D，2D产品图、爆炸图、零件明细表等产品设计及生产文件的编写、提交工作； 3、能针对生产现场的情况进行开发与设计优化，按照产品技术要求，设计制造方案，绘制方案图； 4、负责与供应商沟通，解决生产过程中遇到的各种问题； 5、负责解决完善产品结构设计及量产过程中的相关问题，包括机械结构，机械部件的设计，材料选用，协助编制设备的操作说明书和维修手册等。 6、完成领导安排的其他工作。

1、机械相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、有机器人行业工作或相关设计开发经验优先，掌握机械结构设计的相关知识技能，熟练使用机械设计相关专业软件，曲面造型能力良好； 3、能使用力学分析实现零件结构优化，熟悉常用材料加工特性及机械制造工艺；有移动式机器人结构设计工作经验者优先； 4、负责机器人项目定案后整机的机械结构，机械部件的设计，材料选用，协助编制设备的操作说明书和维修手册等；能够完成整套产品的碳纤维、五金、钣金、机械传动结构的结构设计； 5、熟悉产品加工工艺，熟悉钣金/注塑/铸铝/金属材料/复合材料性能和生产工艺；对产品设计有浓厚的兴趣； 6、良好的创新精神和团队精神，具备较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力、责任意识及上进心；具备良好的学习能力。
