- Experiência em service desk, NOC, suporte ou central de atendimento,ou estágio em monitoração​

- Formação em áreas de processos gerenciais, gestão de TI ou correlatas.

- Deve ter conhecimento em gestão de incidentes, post-mortem, gestão de problemas ou gestão de

mudanças.

- Desejável ter conhecimento em práticas de gestão ágeis.

- Ter atuado em ambientes de relevância para os negócios é desejável.

- Diferencial se conhecer sistema EMBARCADOR para logistica

Atividades:

- Atuar em um time para gerir incidentes normais, críticos e crises.

- Registrar e acompanhar o ciclo de vida do ticket até a resolução.

- Publicar mensagens nos canais emergenciais e plataformas da empresa, com status de início,

meio e fim.

- Garantir os tempos corretos de posicionamento, zelando pelos horários e as informações nas

mensagens

- Garantir que os acionamentos e que os registros estejam devidamente escalados e posicionados.

- Gerenciar crises e conflitos entre áreas em relação ao atendimento dos tickets.

- Garantir que todos os RCA/Post-mortem esteja registrado ao final de cada incidente normal,

crítico ou crises.
