Buscamos um(a) profissional sênior para liderar uma frente estratégica de transformação operacional e elevação de maturidade em uma das maiores instituições financeiras do Brasil.

A posição terá atuação executiva, com interlocução direta com lideranças e patrocinadores C-level do cliente, sendo responsável por conduzir uma agenda de transformação de alta visibilidade e impacto organizacional.

Principais responsabilidades - Liderar o redesenho do modelo operacional, estrutura, papéis, governança e processos de decisão de uma estrutura estratégica do banco. - Desenvolver e implementar o modelo de relacionamento e proposta de valor dos serviços junto às áreas de negócio.

- Estruturar indicadores, business cases e mecanismos de mensuração de valor e resultados. - Conduzir iniciativas de transformação e reorganização operacional, equilibrando visão estratégica e execução. - Liderar equipe multidisciplinar de consultores e especialistas. - Atuar como principal interlocutor(a) junto a executivos e stakeholders estratégicos do cliente. - Identificar e gerenciar riscos, conflitos e interesses divergentes em um ambiente de alta complexidade.

- Trajetória sólida em consultoria de gestão/estratégia, transformação operacional ou posições executivas de transformação em grandes organizações. - Experiência comprovada em desenho de modelos operacionais, estruturas organizacionais e governança. - Vivência em centros de serviços compartilhados, centros de excelência, Command Centers, Control Towers - ou estruturas similares. - Experiência no setor financeiro, preferencialmente em grandes bancos. - Histórico de relacionamento com diretores e C-level em projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade. - Experiência com proposta de valor, modelo de serviços, SLAs, indicadores e mensuração de benefícios. - Formação superior completa; MBA ou pós-graduação será considerado diferencial.
