我们正在寻找有经验的机器学习预测规划算法工程师加入我们的北京/上海团队，本职位主要涉及到业界前沿的联合预测规划模型开发、交互博弈、强化学习、Smart Agent、世界模型、端到端规划模型、VLA模型等算法的研究和开发。我们的目标是将最先进的人工智能算法应用在自动驾驶卡车上，使货物运输更智能、更安全。你将参与以下工作： 1.设计，开发，和优化用于卡车自动驾驶系统的行为预测规划算法，包括意图和轨迹预测、路径规划，以解决现实世界中的时序多模态行为预测、智能体路径规划、交互博弈等问题； 2.构造可扩展的数据处理流程和机器学习工作流，处理和分析大规模结构化和非结构化数据，通过特征工程和数据增强等手段，提高模型的鲁棒性和泛化能力； 3.准确评估模型性能，通过模型调优等手段，交付满足业务需求的模型和算法； 4.理解业务需求，与跨部门团队合作，进行实时性能优化，将机器学习模型有效地部署到自动驾驶计算平台，将机器学习解决方案转化为实际产品和服务； 5.跟踪最新的研究进展和行业趋势，将新的机器学习技术和算法应用到自动驾驶系统中，以提高自动驾驶系统在各种复杂交通场景下的智能性，安全性和可靠性。

职位要求1.自动化/机器人/计算机/模式识别/电子/数学/统计等相关专业的硕士及以上学历； 2.扎实的数学基础及分析解决问题的能力，熟练掌握线性代数/优化/概率统计等相关机器学习相关的数学工具； 3.熟练掌握机器学习/深度学习的理论和方法，熟悉常见的机器学习工具和框架，如TensorFlow/PyTorch等； 4.具有良好的编程习惯，熟悉Python/C/C ++程序开发； 5.有较强的沟通协作能力，能够在成长型团队中合作； 6.Smart Agent、世界模型、端到端规划模型、VLA模型 加分项 1.有开发自动驾驶中行为预测模型、规划模型的工程或研究经验； 2.有较好的深度学习算法（CNN、RNN/LSTM、Transformer、强化学习）基础和工程经验； 3.有一定算法部署和算子加速经验； 4.在计算机视觉或机器人相关领域顶级会议或期刊CVPR、ICCV、ICRA、IROS、PAMI等发表论文； 5.在机器学习竞赛或研究项目中取得的突出成果； 6.具有良好的英文读写能力。
