HRBP方向：协助对接业务团队，深入业务一线，开展人力盘点、人员异动、试用期管理、团队氛围建设等工作；快速响应并解决业务团队及员工的日常人力需求，成为业务伙伴可信赖的桥梁。 3. 人才发展方向（COE方向）：协助落地新员工培训、人才梯队建设、员工能力提升等专项项目；整理并分析人力数据，为组织人才体系优化提供数据支持与洞察。 4. 全模块轮岗：根据培养计划，按需参与员工关系、绩效管理、企业文化等模块工作，在实践中全面掌握HR完整工作体系，构建全局视角。

1. 统招本科及以上学历，硕士优先；人力资源、经管、心理学、统计学等相关专业背景。 2. 具备头部互联网或科技企业人力实习经历优先；有校园招聘项目实操经验者加分。 3. 具备优秀的结构化思维与数据分析能力，擅长撰写方案及汇报材料，PPT呈现能力突出。 4. 具备出色的跨部门协调能力、抗压能力和目标感，拥有强烈的项目推进意识。 5. 了解劳动法相关基础常识，对招聘、HRBP、人才发展等方向有浓厚兴趣和清晰的职业期待。
