我们希望你具备： 学术背景： 计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化或相关领域的在读硕士或博士研究生。 探索精神与技术内核： 对自动驾驶及前沿 AI 技术保持极高的好奇心与探索欲；极度认同“AI First”理念，具备扎实的数学基础，能够从本质出发思考并解决问题。 研究基础： 有扎实的实验室科研经历或项目经验。在顶级学术会议有论文发表记录（含共同作者或在投）优先，或在知名 AI/自动驾驶竞赛中取得过优秀成绩。 工程能力： 具备良好的编程基础。熟练掌握 Python，能够熟练使用 PyTorch 进行模型训练与调试；愿意了解并学习 C++/Rust 者优先。 团队特质： 具备强烈的自驱力和快速学习能力，既有仰望星空的研究热情，也有脚踏实地将 Idea 转化为 Code 的执行力。
