我们正在寻找数据算法的同学，构建和优化自动驾驶系统中 “数据 → 训练 → 评测 → 反馈 → 再数据” 全自动化通路，成为自动驾驶系统快速迭代的支点。 工作职责: 1.升级机器学习数据处理平台，包括车端/云端数据筛选、预处理、训练反馈与效果验证的自动化通路，缩短数据到模型效果提升的周期； 2.基于自动驾驶系统收集到的路测问题，设计issue根因分析、自动化处理流程、数据驱动策略，提升issue到可训练数据的处理效率； 3.开发离线大模型、微调VLM/LLM，用于数据挖掘、预标注系统、场景分析、模型评测等； 4.迭代基于LLM构建data agent架构，设计数据需求实现意图理解、原子模块任务拆分、低代码workflow开发等，提升数据处理平台的智能化，实现数据链路的全方位的提效； 5.深度优化全量数据的索引机制(如标量索引、向量索引等)，配合数据中台实现高效率、高语义能力的数据检索。

任职要求 必须项: 1.熟练使用过coding工具如codex/claude code等任意一种； 2.认同数据驱动的价值，愿意从事数据+算法迭代方向； 加分项: 1.了解自动驾驶端到端模型、BEV感知、Occupancy、行为预测等算法； 2.使用过agent构建复杂data pipline； 3.追踪前沿向量化技术，对分布式、AI Infra有了解
