Je combineert klantencontact, offertebeheer, sales support en administratie in een veelzijdige functie met flexibele werkuren, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

OVER DE FUNCTIE

Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

Je komt terecht bij een snel groeiend cateringbedrijf en dynamische KMO in Antwerpen, waar je klantencontact, inside sales en administratie combineert. Je volgt aanvragen en bestaande klanten op, maakt offertes en neemt ook telefonisch contact op met nieuwe klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele manager, krijgt bij de start een grondige opleiding op kantoor en denkt actief mee met het bedrijf alsof het je eigen zaak is.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail; beheren van klantengegevens en commerciële dossiers.
  • Behandelen van klantenvragen, opmaken en opvolgen van offertes, administratieve opvolging van bestellingen, evenementen en klantaanvragen, en ondersteunen bij facturatie en basisboekhouding.
  • Onderhouden van klantenrelaties, opvolgen van warme leads en signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten om de verkoop te stimuleren.
  • Ondersteunen van de operationele manager en meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en een vlotte kantoororganisatie.

WIE BEN JIJ?

Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in inside sales, sales support, commerciële administratie, klantenservice of office administration.
  • Commercieel, communicatief, klantgericht, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, met een proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels, plus vlotte digitale vaardigheden met Gmail, Excel en administratieve software.
  • Ervaring met Billit, facturatie, offertebeheer of basisboekhouding is een plus; ervaring in horeca, catering of events is mooi meegenomen. Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en een diploma TSO of gelijkwaardige achtergrond sluit aan bij het gevraagde studieniveau.

Je combineert commerciële feeling met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en voelt je thuis in een dynamische KMO waar je zelfstandig verschillende taken opneemt.
