Beleidsadviseur WMO

Als Wmo Beleidsadviseur werk je aan actuele en strategische vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein. Je brengt brede inhoudelijke expertise op het gebied van de Wmo mee en vertaalt ontwikkelingen en financiële uitdagingen naar concreet beleid en bestuurlijk advies.

Je speelt daarnaast een belangrijke rol in de verdere transformatie van het sociaal domein. Je adviseert op lokaal en regionaal niveau, werkt aan de verordening en beleidsregels en brengt jouw expertise in bij onderwerpen als beschermd wonen, maatschappelijke opvang en volkshuisvesting.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Adviseren over uiteenlopende strategische en inhoudelijke Wmo-vraagstukken;
  • Onderzoeken en benutten van mogelijkheden om meer grip te krijgen op de financiën binnen de zorg en specifiek de Wmo;
  • Inbrengen van Wmo-expertise bij de verdere transformatie van het sociaal domein;
  • Bijstellen van de Wmo-verordening en bijbehorende beleidsregels;
  • Strategisch adviseren van de organisatie op lokaal en regionaal niveau;
  • Adviseren binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving;
  • Inbrengen van inhoudelijke expertise binnen het Programma Volkshuisvesting;
  • Adviseren over beschermd wonen en maatschappelijke opvang;
  • Voeren van subsidie- en accountgesprekken met maatschappelijke organisaties;
  • Bijdragen aan verbetertrajecten rondom de toegang tot het sociaal domein;
  • Vertalen van inhoudelijke, financiële en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen naar concrete beleidsvoorstellen en resultaten;
  • Samenwerken met interne collega’s, regionale partners en maatschappelijke organisaties.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar als Wmo-adviseur binnen een gemeente (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met beschermd wonen en/of maatschappelijke opvang (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met het voeren van accountgesprekken (harde eis);
  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van bedrijfseconomie, zorg en/of het sociaal domein is een pré;
  • Ervaring met verbetertrajecten rondom de toegang tot het sociaal domein is een pré;
  • Ervaring als strategisch beleidsadviseur binnen het sociaal en/of maatschappelijk domein van een gemeente is een sterke pré;
  • Je hebt ervaring met politiek-bestuurlijke advisering en weet je hierin tactvol te bewegen;
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analyserend vermogen en kunt complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar concrete adviezen;
  • Je communiceert uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en kritisch;
  • Je weet anderen mee te nemen en te overtuigen;
  • Je werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen;
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren en weet tegelijkertijd flexibel om te gaan met veranderende omstandigheden.
