Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie

Als Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie begeleid je statushouders tijdens hun inburgerings- en participatietraject. Je voert de regie over je eigen caseload en ondersteunt inwoners bij het zetten van passende stappen richting participatie, opleiding en waar mogelijk betaald werk.

Je voert onder andere de brede intake en leerbaarheidstoets uit en stelt samen met de statushouder het Persoonlijk plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP) op. Vervolgens bewaak je de voortgang en kwaliteit van het traject. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met ketenpartners en houd je rekening met taal- en cultuurverschillen en de individuele mogelijkheden van de inwoner.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Beheren van een eigen klantenbestand en caseload met statushouders;
  • Uitvoeren van de brede intake en leerbaarheidstoets;
  • Opstellen van het Persoonlijk plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP);
  • Voeren van de regie over inburgerings- en participatietrajecten;
  • Regelmatig voeren van voortgangsgesprekken met statushouders;
  • Ondersteunen en stimuleren van inwoners bij het behalen van hun inburgerings- en participatiedoelen;
  • In kaart brengen van het arbeidspotentieel en bepalen welke stappen richting participatie of werk passend zijn;
  • Combineren van taalontwikkeling en participatie binnen de mogelijkheden van de Wet inburgering 2021;
  • Stellen en bewaken van kaders en waar nodig opleggen van een maatregel of sanctie;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en bijsturen wanneer een traject onvoldoende voortgang laat zien;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met ketenpartners en organisaties rondom inburgering, participatie en werk;
  • Samenwerken met onder andere werkbedrijven, sociaal wijkteams en andere betrokken organisaties;
  • Zorgvuldig registreren van trajecten en voortgang in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar als Regievoerder, Consulent Inburgering of Participatieconsulent Inburgering bij een gemeente (harde eis);
  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Regievoerder, Consulent Inburgering of Participatieconsulent Inburgering is een pré;
  • Ervaring met de Wet inburgering 2021 (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Suite en Suwinet is een pré;
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart van de provincie Overijssel is een pré;
  • Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal is een pré;
  • Ervaring met de re-integratie en participatie van statushouders;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en kunt goed omgaan met taal- en cultuurverschillen;
  • Je kunt het arbeidspotentieel van inwoners analyseren en vertalen naar passende vervolgstappen;
  • Je bent cultuursensitief en weet ook contact te maken wanneer een inwoner de Nederlandse taal nog beperkt beheerst;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • Je bent organisatiesensitief en kunt effectief samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe partners;
  • Je denkt vanuit mogelijkheden en kansen en weet inwoners hierin mee te nemen.
