Regisseur Tijdelijk Huisverbod – Veilig Thuis

Als Regisseur Tijdelijk Huisverbod werk je binnen Veilig Thuis en voer je de regie in situaties waarin vanwege huiselijk geweld een tijdelijk huisverbod is opgelegd. Je bewaakt het proces, brengt betrokken professionals bij elkaar en zorgt ervoor dat de veiligheid van kinderen en volwassenen binnen afhankelijkheidsrelaties centraal staat.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten en leden van het interventieteam en leidt verschillende overleggen en gesprekken. Je werkt in situaties waarin snel en zorgvuldig handelen noodzakelijk is en combineert kennis van crisisinterventie, risicotaxatie en relevante wetgeving met sterke regie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Regisseren van opgelegde tijdelijke huisverboden;
  • Voorzitten van overleggen van het Interventie Team;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de leden van het interventieteam;
  • Opstellen van een plan van aanpak;
  • Opstellen van zorgadviezen;
  • Voorzitten en begeleiden van systeemgesprekken;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten;
  • Uitvoeren van risicotaxaties rondom huiselijk geweld in het kader van de Wet tijdelijk huisverbod;
  • Samenwerken met verschillende ketenpartners, waaronder wijkteams en andere betrokken professionals;
  • Zorgdragen voor de benodigde verslaglegging en rapportages;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en veiligheid binnen complexe situaties.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding MWD of een vergelijkbare opleiding;
  • Een geldige SKJ-registratie;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van de Risicotaxatie Huiselijk Geweld in het kader van de Wet tijdelijk huisverbod;
  • Methodische kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van crisiswerk en risicotaxaties;
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Kennis van pedagogiek, ontwikkelingspsychologie en psychopathologie;
  • Kennis van en inzicht in verschillende culturele doelgroepen;
  • Bekendheid met de sociale kaart van Zuid-Holland Zuid;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor wisselende diensten;
  • Je kunt effectief samenwerken met verschillende ketenpartners;
  • Je kunt kritisch reflecteren op je eigen professionele handelen;
  • Je bent stressbestendig, tactvol, oplettend en slagvaardig;
  • Je beschikt over goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en improvisatietalent;
  • Je kunt ook onder tijdsdruk zorgvuldig handelen en overzicht behouden.
