Specialist Burgerzaken

Als Specialist Burgerzaken houd je je bezig met de complexe vraagstukken binnen de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) en de Burgerlijke Stand. Je behandelt onder andere complexe inschrijvingen, actualisaties en correcties en beoordeelt buitenlandse brondocumenten en vraagstukken rondom nationaliteit en internationaal privaatrecht.

Naast het behandelen van complexe dossiers speel je een belangrijke rol in de kwaliteitszorg binnen Burgerzaken. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, onderzoekt brondocumenten en onderneemt actie wanneer er signalen van fraude zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega’s om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening hoog te houden.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Behandelen van complexe inschrijvingen in de BRP;
  • Uitvoeren van actualiserings- en correctieprocedures binnen de BRP;
  • Bijdragen aan de kwaliteitszorg rondom de Basisregistratie Personen;
  • Beoordelen en onderzoeken van buitenlandse brondocumenten;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen rondom de Nederlandse nationaliteit;
  • Behandelen van complexe vraagstukken binnen de Burgerlijke Stand;
  • Beoordelen van vraagstukken op het gebied van internationaal privaatrecht;
  • Uitvoeren van voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen de Burgerlijke Stand;
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Onderzoeken van brondocumenten en zorgvuldig vastleggen van bevindingen;
  • Signaleren van mogelijke fraude en hierop actie ondernemen;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s bij complexe Burgerzaken-vraagstukken;
  • Bijdragen aan de organisatie en uitvoering van verkiezingen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Een afgeronde training en/of cursus op het gebied van Burgerzaken (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als Specialist Burgerzaken (harde eis);
  • Een afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding Rechten is een pré;
  • Ervaring met complexe BRP-taken, zoals eerste inschrijvingen vanuit het buitenland en hervestigingen, is een pré;
  • Ervaring met het beoordelen van buitenlandse brondocumenten is een pré;
  • Ervaring met nationaliteitswetgeving en internationaal privaatrecht is een pré;
  • Ervaring met complexe werkzaamheden binnen de Burgerlijke Stand;
  • Je bent klant-, resultaat- en samenwerkingsgericht;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Je bent flexibel en daadkrachtig en kunt goed omgaan met weerstand;
  • Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je blijft rustig en stabiel werken, ook wanneer de omgeving hectisch is;
  • Je bent uiterlijk 14 december 2026 beschikbaar voor gemiddeld 24 tot 36 uur per week (harde eis).
