Specialist Inkomensvoorziening Participatiewet

Als Specialist Inkomensvoorziening Participatiewet ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig behandelen van aanvragen en het beheren van een eigen caseload. Je beoordeelt aanvragen op rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid en zorgt voor zorgvuldige rapportages en beschikkingen.

Naast de uitvoering zet je jouw ruime ervaring in om processen en systemen verder te verbeteren. Je adviseert over procesoptimalisatie, systeeminrichting en een klantgerichte uitvoering en springt binnen het team flexibel bij waar ondersteuning nodig is.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een caseload op grond van de Participatiewet;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen voor levensonderhoud;
  • Behandelen van aanvragen voor bijzondere bijstand, minimaregelingen, CER en individuele inkomenstoeslag (IIT);
  • Afhandelen van aanvragen voor niet-uitkeringsgerechtigden;
  • Toetsen van aanvragen op rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid;
  • Zelfstandig beoordelen en afhandelen van complexe aanvragen;
  • Opstellen van inhoudelijk correcte rapportages en beschikkingen;
  • Flexibel ondersteunen van collega’s binnen het team waar dat nodig is;
  • Adviseren over systeeminrichting en het verbeteren van werkprocessen;
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van procesoptimalisatie;
  • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen de uitvoering;
  • Bijdragen aan een professionele en klantgerichte uitvoering van de Participatiewet;
  • Registreren en verwerken van werkzaamheden in Suite en andere gebruikte systemen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau in een sociaal-juridische richting (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 8 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het zelfstandig afhandelen van aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand, minima, CER en IIT (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met het afhandelen van aanvragen voor niet-uitkeringsgerechtigden (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van een caseload (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met het opstellen van rapportages en beschikkingen (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met het verder ontwikkelen van procesoptimalisatie en systeeminrichting (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met Suite (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met het afhandelen van complexe aanvragen is een pré;
  • Ervaring met de applicatie Zaken van xxllnc (Zaaksysteem) is een pré;
  • Je beschikt over actuele kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, vooral in het persoonlijke contact met inwoners en collega’s;
  • Je werkt klantgericht, zorgvuldig en zelfstandig;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en kunt snel schakelen wanneer binnen het team extra ondersteuning nodig is.

De functie is voor 32 uur per week. Voor deze inzet wordt verwacht dat je minimaal 3 dagen per werkweek op kantoor aanwezig kunt zijn.
