Specialist Werk en Geld – Jongeren

Wil jij jongeren met een Participatiewet-uitkering ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling richting werk en bijdragen aan een nieuwe, mensgerichte werkwijze? Als Specialist Werk en Geld begeleid en coach je jongeren onder de 27 jaar en kijk je samen met hen naar hun talenten, ontwikkelbehoeften en mogelijkheden op de arbeidsmarkt.

Je werkt binnen een pilot waarin verschillende uitvoeringskeuzes worden ontwikkeld, uitgeprobeerd en geëvalueerd. Naast de individuele begeleiding voer je regie over participatieactiviteiten bij andere partijen en werk je nauw samen met collega’s en partners op het gebied van werk, inkomen en financiële zelfredzaamheid.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Begeleiden en coachen van jongeren onder de 27 jaar met een Participatiewet-uitkering richting werk;
  • Voeren van gesprekken om talenten, mogelijkheden en ontwikkelbehoeften van inwoners in kaart te brengen;
  • Vaststellen van het potentieel en de ontwikkelbehoefte van inwoners aan de hand van het werknemersprofiel;
  • Opstellen van ontwikkelplannen en bepalen welke ontwikkelbouwstenen worden ingezet;
  • Beslissen over de inzet van participatiemiddelen op basis van geldende wet- en regelgeving;
  • Rapporteren en beschikken over voortgang, onderzoeken en besluiten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen;
  • Geven van individuele en groepsgerichte coaching binnen een vastgesteld methodisch kader;
  • Observeren van houding, motivatie en gedrag en deze inzichten meenemen in de verdere begeleiding;
  • Actief attenderen van werkzoekenden op vacatures en kansrijke beroepen;
  • Voeren van regie over de ontwikkeling en participatieactiviteiten van werkzoekenden;
  • Optreden als opdrachtgever bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van ontwikkelplannen;
  • Bespreken, afstemmen en evalueren van ontwikkelopdrachten met betrokken partijen;
  • Handelen wanneer werkzoekenden gemaakte afspraken of verplichtingen niet nakomen;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en verschillende partners rondom werk, participatie, inkomen en schulden;
  • Meedenken over, uitproberen en evalueren van nieuwe werkwijzen binnen de pilot Werk en Geld.
