• Develop resource plans and coordinate discipline inputs to ensure projects are appropriately staffed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify, assess and manage project risks, opportunities, assumptions and dependencies.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Lead project reviews, lessons learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance.

• Support proposal preparation, estimating, project execution planning and bid activities for new business opportunities.

• Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and project professionals as appropriate.

• Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, innovation and delivery excellence across all project activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
