Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e evoluir microserviços, assumindo sozinho tarefas complexas tanto na parte técnica quanto na de negócio.
  • Resolver problemas de produção por conta própria, pedindo apoio só em casos urgentes ou de alta complexidade.
  • Criar métricas, alertas e outras ferramentas que garantam o bom funcionamento e a operação dos serviços.
  • Trabalhar junto com a área de negócio, questionando prioridades e propondo alternativas com base no conhecimento do domínio e das aplicações.
  • Identificar dependências e impactos em outros times e se coordenar com eles para construir soluções em conjunto.
  • Ajudar a identificar e montar o backlog técnico.
  • Ser referência em qualidade de código, acompanhando de perto o impacto do uso de IA na manutenção dos projetos.
  • Nas revisões de código, focar em testes, cenários e cobertura, dando feedback construtivo aos colegas.
  • Orientar pessoas menos experientes sobre boas práticas e sobre quais dados sensíveis ou códigos proprietários não podem ser compartilhados com ferramentas de IA.
  • Mínimo 4 anos de experiência com desenvolvimento de software.
  • Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento backend em Java e Spring.
  • Experiência no desenho de APIs e em soluções que impactam mais de um time.
  • Vivência com suporte à produção e ferramentas de monitoramento, incluindo análise de logs e correlação de erros - Datadog, Newrelic ou outros
  • Entrega de código com bom desempenho, escalabilidade e poucas falhas em produção.
  • Autonomia para assumir tarefas com pouca definição prévia e planejar o próprio trabalho, antecipando riscos.
  • Comunicação clara em discussões técnicas e com a área de negócio, com postura construtiva diante de opiniões diferentes.
  • Uso de GenIA no dia a dia de desenvolvimento, com boas práticas de prompting e revisão crítica do código gerado.
