Ubicación:

Este puesto cuenta con una modalidad de trabajo hibrido con un esquema de 3 veces por semana en nuestras oficinas de Montevideo, Uruguay en Zonamerica.

Responsabilidades:

Estamos en búsqueda de un Analista Senior de Planning & Controlling para construir, de forma progresiva, responsabilidad integral sobre el ciclo de resultados, automatizaciones, budget y forecast de la unidad — trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el Manager de Planning & Control y con interlocución directa con el negocio.

  • Liderar el ciclo mensual de cierre de resultados reales de BNPL y/o Antifraude, incluyendo la elaboración de comentarios y análisis de variaciones.
  • Operar y mejorar el motor de cierre y los procesos de automatización de la unidad.
  • Analizar Payroll y Non-Payroll: evolución de headcount, desvíos mes a mes contra budget, por concepto.
  • Participar en la construcción del ciclo de presupuesto y forecasts de BNPL y/o Antifraude.
  • Colaborar en la construcción de Free Cash Flow y Balance Sheet de la unidad.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de Business Insights: drivers de negocio, cohortes y unit economics.
  • Participar activamente en las instancias de seguimiento del modelo de gestión de la compañía.
  • A mediano plazo, presentar resultados y análisis directamente ante el equipo de liderazgo (Clevel)
  • Estudios avanzados o graduado/a en Contaduría, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Analista de Planning / FP&A.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Conocimientos intermedios en herramientas de inteligencia artificial.

Deseables:

  • Experiencia previa en el rubro crediticio o fintech.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de SQL.
  • Experiencia o contacto previo con herramientas de automatización o gestión de bases de datos.

Habilidades:

  • Fuerte capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y enfoque en la mejora continua para interpretar métricas clave (unit economics, desvíos de payroll, cash flow) y automatizar procesos.
  • Autonomía y capacidad de tomar ownership progresivo de responsabilidades, adaptándose con comodidad a entornos dinámicos.
  • Habilidad para comunicar con claridad de cara a distintas áreas del negocio y capacidad para presentar análisis e impactos directamente ante el equipo de liderazgo (C-level).
  • Proactividad e iniciativa para desenvolverse con agilidad frente a requerimientos ad hoc de la gerencia, yendo más allá de las tareas estructuradas como el cierre y presupuesto.
