1. 渲染技术研发：参与核心渲染引擎的开发与维护，编写高效的 Vertex / Fragment / Compute Shader，实现前沿的视觉特效。 2. 画质与效果实现：协助团队实现逼真的光影效果，包括 PBR（基于物理的渲染）、光线追踪、全局照明、阴影算法及后处理特效。 3. 性能分析与优化：在导师指导下，使用图形分析工具对渲染管线进行性能瓶颈分析，针对 GPU/CPU 进行耗时与内存优化。 4. 前沿渲染探索：研究并复现业界前沿的图形学论文，探索 离线渲染与实时渲染结合、AI+渲染等前沿技术的落地应用。

1. 教育背景：计算机、软件工程、应用数学、数字媒体技术等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2. 编程基本功：精通 C/C++，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，拥有良好的面向对象设计思维与代码规范。 3. 数学功底扎实：熟练掌握 线性代数、3D几何、三维空间转换、微积分 及计算机图形学基础理论。 4. 图形API与Shader：了解至少一种现代图形API（如 Vulkan、DirectX 12、Metal 或 OpenGL/WebGL），理解 GPU 硬件架构与渲染管线。 5. 科研与项目：在校期间有自研玩具渲染器（Software Rasterizer/Ray Tracer）、Shader特效开发或图形学课题研究经验。 加分项 1. 熟悉 Unity (URP/HDRP) 或 Unreal Engine (UE5) 等主流引擎的底层渲染管线，有源码修改经验者优先。 2. 熟练使用 RenderDoc、NSight、Pix 等图形性能分析工具者优先。 3. 熟悉 RenderScript、CUDA 或有移动端/嵌入式端 GPU 性能调优经验者优先。 4. 在 SIGGRAPH、Eurographics、I3D 等顶级图形学会议上发表过论文，或有知名开源图形学项目贡献者优先。
