岗位职责 1. 深入业务一线（研发、制造、销售、运营等），识别效率瓶颈，判断 AI 的最佳切入点，包括明确哪些环节不适合用 AI。典型现场包括工程仿真与设计闭环、制造质量与排程、客户知识与商务协作、企业系统查询与流程自动化等。 2. 独立设计解决方案：合理拆分 Agent / Skill / 工具 / 工作流，设置人工审核节点，保障方案可靠、可复核、可复用。 3. 端到端推动落地与采用：覆盖 Prompt 设计、工具编排、内部系统对接（如 MCP / CLI），以及上线后的迭代、评测与稳定运行。 4. 对最终结果负责：确保方案被真实使用、稳定运行，切实解决业务问题，并沉淀可复用的工程能力。

职位要求 1. 有过至少一个被真实用户使用的 AI 应用 / Agent 落地经验，并能清晰复盘其早期问题与迭代过程。 2. 具备端到端独立负责的能力；在需求模糊时能自主定义问题（用户、价值、数据、工具、风险与验收），而非依赖完整、明确的需求文档。 3. 对 LLM / Agent 的能力边界有清晰认知，知道何时可用、何时不可用，并能在「能回答」与「敢交付」之间做出取舍。 4. 具备扎实的工程能力，能独立将方案落地为可上线的代码（语言栈不限，Python 优先），并重视评估（eval）、异常处理与可靠性。 5. 注重业务落地的「最后一公里」：权限、采用率、人工确认与持续运营，而非停留在演示效果。 加分项 1. 有企业内部 / B 端真实环境的 AI 落地经验，对接过 CRM / OA / MES / PLM / WMS / SAP 等系统。 2. 对 MCP、Skill、多 Agent 架构有实际实践与独立见解，理解从 POC 到生产所需的权限、审计与可观测。 3. 具备产品判断力，能评估一个 AI 功能的投入产出价值，并推动跨业务 / 产品 / 工程 / 安全协同落地。
