1、负责现场封装段设备的故障应急处理：快速处理现场故障，组织故障真因分析，形成可复用的 Lessons Learned，制定长期改善措施并有效落地； 2、设备的安装与调试：协助供应商完成设备进场、安装、联调、验收； 3、运维与优化：编制设备维护保养作业指导书，并组织实施对设备的预防性维护保养，分析设备的运行数据，持续优化设备维护策略，提升设备稳定性，改善设备MTBF/MTTR指标； 4、持续改善：和制造工程部门一起对设备的制程工艺进行分析与解决，协助制造工程部门对设备进行包括但不限于的CT, 良率，人力等各项改善来提高设备的OEE； 5、成本控制：确保设备平稳运行的前提下通过技术手段控制备件的采购成本和使用寿命去持续改善生产成本； 6、新产线导入的功能评审和验收：参与评审设备的SOR，并对供应商设备的功能完备性和设备运行稳定性进行评价，到供应商进行预验收并结合自己的专业及早识别设备开发设计调试阶段的各类高中低风险项，并持续跟踪这些风险项直到闭环。

1、硕士学历优先，电气自动化，机械设计和制造等工程类相关专业； 2、有相关半导体制造类企业的设备维护或工艺设备相关的实习或项目经历，最好是半导体封装相关制程，比如DB、WB、银胶固化、AOI、精度测试等工艺； 3、具备熟练阅读设备相关资料（机械装配图、电气控制图、功能原理图）的能力； 4、熟悉基本的设备机械和电气元件的功能和作用，了解基本的气动，机械传动机构，和电气控制原理； 5、具有较强的逻辑性、责任心、执行力、学习能力，有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
