岗位说明：本岗位立足于IT基础架构业务方向网络工程师，同时将通过内部培养机制交叉培训弱电智能化、服务器、系统运维等多维度技术栈，并通过具体项目强化项目管理能力；并根据候选人具体意向，培养成为一名一专多能的复合型IT工程师或IT经理。 岗位职责： 1.网络工程建设与运维 参与公司网络架构规划、设计与实施，包括新建智能工厂、数据中心网络等； 负责网络设备的日常运维、故障诊断与性能调优； 在导师带教下逐步独立承接网络运维任务和小规模网络需求。 2.弱电工程协同管理 学习并掌握智能工厂/智慧楼宇各智能化系统的基本原理和组成架构； 参与智慧工厂等弱电智能化需求的分解、设计与现场管理； 配合弱电工程师完成交叉技术领域的工作协同和系统调试。 3.系统与服务器基础能力建设 学习并掌握服务器系统架构、存储及基础运维技能； 逐步承担服务器基础设施的搭建与日常运维支持。 4.技术储备与团队协同 作为各技术方向的热备力量，支持团队快速响应业务扩张需求； 主动参与技术分享与交流，激发团队学习活力； 参与团队AI提效工具开发和推广工作；

--学历背景：硕士及以上学历； --专业方向：网络工程、计算机工程、软件工程、建筑电气与智能化、智能制造等相关专业。 --知识与技能 1.具备基本的网络工程知识储备，熟悉 TCP/IP 协议栈、路由交换基础； 2.了解常见网络设备（交换机、路由器、防火墙）的基本原理； 3.熟悉至少一种主流网络操作系统（如 Cisco IOS、华为 VRP、H3C Comware）优先。 --素质能力 1.学习能力极强：对新技术有强烈好奇心和求知欲，能主动学习新知识； 2.沟通表达较好：能清晰阐述技术方案和思路； 3.抗压与适应性：能适应多任务并行节奏，未来可配合工厂新建/业务扩张的跨区域支援需求。 --加分项 1.高校期间参与过企业级网络架构搭建实战项目； 2.参加过网络技术竞赛（如 HCIA/HCIP、CCNA/CCNP 认证等）； 3.有相关实习经历（企业级网络搭建、智能工厂/“黑灯”工厂实习实训等）； 4.重度AI工具使用或AI工具开发经历。
