把 AI 能力真正接入 MES/TMS/SRM/WMS 等企业核心系统，在这里同时打磨 Java 工程能力和 AI 集成视野，未来可向后端架构师或 AI 应用工程方向发展。 职位描述 1.参与 AI 能力接入及企业信息化系统（MES/TMS/SRM/PMC 等核心系统）的后端研发； 2.在导师指导下参与软件需求到实现的设计与技术选型，承担核心业务模块、通用系统的开发； 3.参与 AI 与业务系统的接入方案设计，包括 API、调度、数据管道与任务流； 参与系统架构设计，学习应对高并发场景下的工程化挑战； 4.开发并维护 Web 应用，保障服务高效、稳定、安全可靠，持续优化性能与可维护性； 5.与产品、团队成员协作，理解需求、提供技术方案，确保项目进度和质量，做好代码版本控制与文档编写。

1.本科及以上学历，2027 届毕业生，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业； 2.掌握 Java 语言，了解 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis（或 Hibernate）等主流框架； 3.有良好的数据库基础，了解 MySQL、PgSQL、Oracle 等数据库的使用； 4.了解 HTML、CSS、JavaScript、jQuery，会使用 Vue 或 React 更佳； 5.具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力，学习能力和问题解决能力强。 加分项 有后端开发相关实习经历，或独立/主导做过完整的项目（个人项目、课程大作业、实验室项目均可）； 了解 Nacos、Redis、Elasticsearch 等中间件，会用 GitLab、Maven 等工具，熟悉 Linux 操作系统和 Shell 脚本； 接触过 AI 应用、Agent 或大模型相关开发； GitHub 有可展示的项目，或有技术博客、技术文章沉淀。
