岗位亮点 从 0 参与企业级系统与 AI 应用的质量工程——不只「点测」已有功能，而是用代码建设自动化与测试基建，并用 AI 工具提效（用例/脚本/回归/问题分析）。在自动化、CI/CD、大模型相关测试场景里快速成长。 职位描述 1. 参与 AI 应用及企业系统的质量保障：功能/接口/回归测试，对接产品与开发，保障交付质量； 2. 以测试开发视角落地自动化：设计并开发自动化脚本/用例，参与测试框架与 CI/CD 流水线建设，持续提升回归效率与稳定性； 3. 制定测试计划、设计用例、执行测试并输出报告与缺陷闭环；能对复杂问题做定位与复现，推动修复； 4. 主动用 AI 提效日常测试与开发工作（如辅助写用例/脚本、分析日志、回归设计、Prompt/评测集整理等），并沉淀可复用的实践； 5. 学习并参与 AI 应用相关测试：Prompt/输出质量、接口稳定性、效果回归等专项，探索「AI 时代怎么测」。

1. 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、自动化等相关专业优先（不限死专业）； 2. 掌握 Python 或 Java 至少一门，能写可读、可维护的脚本/小工具；了解 Linux 基本命令； 3. 理解软件测试方法与用例设计，熟悉系统测试、接口测试等基本概念；了解 Postman/JMeter/Apifox、Jenkins 等至少一种，了解 MySQL 等数据库基础； 4. 对 AI 开发或测试有兴趣，并具备以下至少一项： 能主动运用 AI 工具提升开发/测试效率（有实践案例更佳）； 5. 有 AI 应用、Agent、大模型相关实习或项目（开发或测试均可）； 逻辑清晰、细致靠谱，有学习热情与自驱力，善于发现问题并推动解决。 加分项 有测试开发/自动化测试实习，或独立完成过完整项目（含接口自动化、测试平台、脚本工程等）； 接触过 Agent、RAG、评测集、LLM 效果回归等； 有 ACM/蓝桥杯等竞赛、GitHub 开源或技术博客。
