1、精密零件工艺设计与开发 参与驱动器核心零件的工艺开发与优化，包括但不限于： 机加工零件：壳体、轴类、套类、支架、连接件等； 齿轮类零件：圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮等精密传动件； 压铸结构件：铝合金/锌合金壳体、支撑件等； 钣金结构件：支架、罩壳、连接板等。 在导师指导下，学习并参与编制工艺卡、作业指导书、检验规范等工艺文件。 协助设计工装夹具、定位治具，理解精密小型零件对尺寸精度、形位公差、表面粗糙度的严格要求。 参与加工参数优化、工艺流程梳理，保障零件加工精度与一致性。 2、全工艺方向轮岗实践 你将全面参与各个工艺方向的学习与实践，通过系统轮岗建立对精密制造全流程的整体认知和复合能力： 精密机加工方向： 参与车、铣、钻、镗、磨、攻丝等工艺方案制定与现场调试，理解CNC车床、加工中心等设备加工特性。 齿轮加工方向： 参与滚齿、插齿、剃齿、磨齿等齿轮加工工艺开发，关注齿形精度、啮合质量、噪声控制及齿轮测量方法。 压铸工艺方向： 参与铝合金/锌合金压铸件模具方案评审、压铸参数优化、气孔/缩松等缺陷分析，以及去毛刺、机加、表面处理等后处理工艺。 钣金工艺方向： 参与钣金件展开计算、冲压、折弯、焊接、铆接及表面处理工艺设计，分析回弹、尺寸一致性问题并优化工艺参数。 3、DFM/A评估与供应商协同 参与零件设计可制造性/可装配性评审，从机加工、齿轮、压铸、钣金等工艺角度提出设计优化建议。 协助与外部供应商进行技术沟通，跟进首件制作、试产及小批量验证，记录并反馈工艺问题。 参与外协零件质量标准的建立与维护，学习如何审核供应商加工能力与工艺合理性。 4、质量改进与跨部门协同 配合设计、质量团队分析零件加工缺陷和装配适配问题，学习运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具参与改进。 参与工艺标准化、工艺参数归档和供应商质量复盘，推动零件合格率和生产效率提升。 在导师带领下，逐步培养独立解决现场工艺问题的能力。

本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、机电一体化、精密机械等相关专业应届毕业生。 掌握机械制图、公差配合、工程材料、热处理及表面处理等专业基础知识。 了解至少一种常见制造工艺，如机加工、齿轮加工、压铸、钣金、焊接等；有金工实习、数控加工、模具/钣金/齿轮相关课程设计或项目经验者优先。 会使用至少一种CAD/CAM软件，如SolidWorks、UG/NX、CATIA等，有工装夹具设计或零件建模经验者加分。 具备良好的学习能力、逻辑分析能力和沟通协作意识，对精密制造和工艺开发有浓厚兴趣。 具备质量意识，愿意深入生产现场，从实际问题中学习和成长。 加分项 有机器人、精密传动、小型驱动器相关项目、竞赛或实习经历。 了解DFM/A、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC等质量工具的基本概念。 了解CNC编程、齿轮测量、压铸模流分析或钣金展开软件者优先。 有机械制造相关工厂实习或现场实践经验者优先。
