The posting

1. 激光雷达等传感器的相关AI算法开发与导入，能够独立完成算法方案设计、数据管线搭建、模型训练/微调、评估与迭代； 2. 负责激光雷达、相机、IMU 等传感器的信号处理、数据后处理与时间同步；参与多模态数据的联合标定、融合与质量评估； 3. 负责传感器全链路系统建模、数值仿真与瓶颈分析，推动算法在嵌入式/边缘平台上的性能优化与工程导入。

1. 具备扎实的数理基础，拥有高效的学习能力，逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅，能独立推进任务并主动暴露风险； 2. 至少在深度学习、语义感知、图像处理、信号处理、数学建模、数值仿真等任一方面有优秀能力、丰富经验； 3. 熟练使用至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Python/C++/Rust/Matlab； 4. 全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、光学、机械、数学、物理等相关专业。

加分项： 1. 熟悉光机系统、光电器件原理，或有多模态数采（相机 + IMU + 雷达）实践经验； 2. 在算法、光学、机械、电子、软件、FPGA、芯片等至少某一个领域有明显技术特长，能够独立完成对应领域的设计开发工作； 3. 熟练使用Python、Pytorch和Linux系统，能够快速复现前沿研究成果，在 CVPR / ICCV / ICRA 等发表过论文者优先 4. 英语读写熟练，能阅读论文与技术文档；口语流利、可作工作语言者优先。
