1. 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 扎实掌握C语言编程基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法。 3. 熟悉计算机组成原理、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识。 4. 了解嵌入式系统开发，熟悉I2C、SPI、UART、CAN、Ethernet等通信接口者优先。 5. 了解RTOS基本原理，具有嵌入式项目开发经验者优先。 6. 了解AUTOSAR、车载网络、UDS诊断等汽车电子相关技术者优先。 7. 具备良好的学习能力、问题分析能力和团队协作精神，能够主动推动问题解决。 8. 具备AI辅助开发工具（如Cursor、Claude、ChatGPT等）使用经验，能够利用AI提升代码开发、测试及文档编写效率者优先。
