1. 大规模 3D/4D 数据生产全链路建设：负责面向 3D&4D 基础模型训练的数据生产链路，打通"数据→训练→评测→反馈→再数据"的体系。 2. 学术跟踪：持续跟进仿真、生成、重建、多模态合成等前沿技术论文，持续迭代数据闭环算法 3. 数据挖掘：基于模型表现与反馈，自动或半自动挖掘长尾场景、失败样本与高价值数据；针对关键能力短板制定数据补充与增强策略，输出数据看板与分析报告。 4. 数据-模型协同：紧密配合算法团队完成数据采集、评测基准构建，量化数据规模、多样性与标注质量对下游任务效果的影响。

1. 善于运用 ai coding 和 agent 工具。 2. 教育背景：计算机科学、应用数学、模式识别、机器学习、机器人学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，或具备同等的丰富工作经验。 3. 技术深度：熟练掌握 Isaacsim、UE、Blender 至少一种仿真引擎，能够独立对接需求设计仿真数据生产方案 4. 工程能力：精通数据结构与算法设计，熟悉并行计算，拥有出色的编程能力（Python/C++），能够编写高效、可维护的代码。 5. 综合素质：具备卓越的创新能力和团队协作精神，能够在高压环境下保持冷静，独立分析并推动解决复杂的技术难题。 - 加分项 1. 有大规模视频/图像数据集采集、清洗、标注或自动化质检实战经验。 2. 熟悉 VLM/多模态大模型在数据筛选、自动打标、caption生成中的应用，或有Prompt工程与批量推理优化经验。 3. 熟悉 CUDA、TensorRT、分布式推理或大规模GPU集群调度与吞吐优化。 4. 有3D/4D重建、动态场景标注、VLA/具身智能数据预处理或自动驾驶数据闭环项目经验。 5.在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、SIGGRAPH等顶会发表过数据集或数据驱动相关论文，或在GitHub有高星数据工具开源项目。
