职责描述 1. 原型开发与构建：将创新的产品概念转化为可实际运行的软硬一体化原型；全链路覆盖结构设计、电路打样、底层驱动与控制算法调优。 2. 全栈技术攻坚：负责攻坚原型开发及新产品试制过程中的各种不确定性技术难题；跨机械、电子、软件等多学科进行全链路的疑难杂症排查与解决； 3. 前沿技术预研：持续跟踪前沿硬科技、开源硬件与前沿算法的发展趋势；快速进行技术可行性评估、魔改实验与新技术的引入论证。

1. 跨领域技术功底： 机械/结构：熟悉基本机械原理，能使用 CAD 进行结构设计及 3D 打印。 电子/硬件：具备独立进行原理图设计、PCB 布线及硬件调试 能力。 嵌入式/软件：精通 C/C++ 或 Python，熟悉 MCU/Linux 平台 及传感器驱动。 算法/智能：熟悉基础控制算法（如 PID、运动学规划）或基本 AI 模型部署。 (注：以上四项至少在两项具备深入实践，其余领域有清晰概念与极强 的动手验证能力) 2. 硬核成果背书： 拥有高含金量的个人 Side Project（独立的开源项目、硬核 魔改作品）。 或在 RoboMaster（机甲大师）、全国大学生电子设计竞赛等头部 硬核赛事中担任过绝对核心主力。 3. 极客思维与习惯： 拥有强烈的创造欲和极强的自学能力，喜欢拆解和折腾新物种。 面对高模糊度的未知领域能够不设限，主动独立地寻找全栈解法。
