1、协助完成工装夹治具的方案梳理、成本核算、风险评估及三维/二维图纸输出，配合BOM下发、组装跟进与调试优化。 2、协助桌面设备电气设计，完成电气图纸绘制、元器件选型及PLC程序编写调试，跟进设备智能化对接与MES通讯串接。 3、负责自动化线体现场调试，完成电气图纸核对、线路排查、程序校验，配合MES通讯排查，保障产线智能化模块正常运行。 4、协助搭建自动化产线Line Concept整体方案，学习PFMEA与CP维度拆解，参与线体终验收及问题整改闭环。 5、梳理闲置设备信息搭建利旧资源库，协助完成利旧设备可行性评估与改造落地，实现降本增效。 6、负责项目自动化相关图纸、程序、参数资料的整理归档，输出标准化检查表及各类技术交付文件。

1、教育背景：硕士学历优先，工业自动化、机电一体化、自动化仪表、机械工程等相关专业优先。 2、专业技能：熟悉基础工业控制知识，了解德系/日系PLC硬件系统及编程逻辑，了解工业通讯网络、伺服/变频器等驱动设备原理，掌握基础机械设计原理及机加工常识，具备C#上位机编程、工业机器人示教认知优先，了解拧紧、压装、涂胶、视觉、焊接等工艺控制逻辑及智能仓储设备控制加分，了解Line Concept、PFMEA、CP等产线规划理念。 3、综合素质：具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，愿意深耕自动化技术领域，吃苦耐劳，能适配项目现场调试工作，具备优秀的跨部门沟通、团队协作能力，做事严谨细致，具备良好的文档整理习惯和标准化思维。
