1、负责激光雷达软件测试相关工作。 2、根据产品的功能规范和项目的时间节点，制定测试计划、设计测试用例并提交测试报告和问题清单，做好各个阶段交付物的评审和释放。 3、负责自动化测试工具和用例开发，提高测试效率。 4、使用AI工具辅助测试用例设计、测试脚本开发、问题分析与测试文档撰写，持续探索AI在测试全流程中的应用，提升测试效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业。 2、良好的代码编写和调试能力，熟练使用Python/Java/Shell等，熟悉Linux，并掌握基本操作命令。 3、熟悉ADAS产品仿真测试，具备激光雷达相关测试及设备开发经验者优先。 4、熟悉CAN网络、车载以太网（TCP/IP、UDP）等通信协议者优先。 5、精通测试流程和测试用例设计方法，能主动进行技术钻研。 6、具有良好的跨团队沟通和协调能力。 7、具有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于发现问题、分析问题并推动解决。 8、英语熟练，能够进行日常沟通、阅读技术文档和文档编写。 9、对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，有使用主流大模型/编程助手（如Cursor、Copilot、Trae等）经验者优先。 10、具备良好的AI输出审查与判断能力，能够对AI生成的代码、用例、文档进行有效甄别与验证。
