1. 负责激光雷达、机器人、先进半导体材料/器件、高精密机电系统等方向的失效分析工作。 2. 通过故障复现、电学测试、光学分析、结构拆解、材料表征、微观观察等方法，定位异常并判断失效原因。 3. 研究材料疲劳、界面退化、热应力、电迁移、环境应力、污染腐蚀、光机偏移、封装缺陷、工艺波动等典型失效机理。 4. 结合实验数据、历史案例和 AI 工具，提升失效模式识别、数据分析、报告撰写和知识沉淀效率。 5. 与研发、工艺、测试、可靠性、质量等团队协作，推动失效问题从定位到改善方案落地。 6. 参与新产品早期可靠性评审，从失效分析角度识别潜在风险，支持产品设计和工艺优化。 7. 输出逻辑清晰、证据完整的分析报告，沉淀失效案例、分析方法和技术规范。

硕士及以上学历，应届生优先；电子、材料、机械、电气、微电子、光学、物理、自动化、机器人等相关专业。 具备扎实的理工科基础，能够从物理本质出发分析复杂工程问题。 具备较强科研训练或工程实践经历，能够独立查阅文献、设计实验、分析数据并形成结论。 对实验、测试、拆解、表征和复盘有兴趣，愿意深入一线问题现场。 具备 AI 工具使用习惯，能够使用大模型、Python、MATLAB、数据分析或图像处理工具提升工作效率。 逻辑清晰，文字表达能力好，能够与不同专业背景的工程师高效沟通并推动问题闭环。
