我们诚邀深耕计算机视觉前沿算法领域、基础功底扎实、具备独立科研创新能力的算法工程师加入以世界模型三维重建为核心技术方向的算法团队。你将深度参与底层算法设计、基础视觉模型研发与技术创新工作，主导 / 全程参与需求定义、模型架构设计、算法工程实现、落地验证与迭代优化全链路研究工作。立足前沿技术解决高保真、快速重建的技术瓶颈与业务核心痛点，持续驱动产品技术体验与业务效能升级，与团队共同攻坚前沿技术难题，打造业内领先、具备学术竞争力与工程落地能力的技术解决方案。

希望你具备（至少之一）： 1. 深耕3D Gaussian Splatting（3DGS）领域，精通其核心算法体系，包括但不限于几何建模、材质重建、数据压缩、HDR渲染、数字人（Avatar）、前馈 GS等关键技术模块；对高质量视觉效果、精准几何表征具备深刻的学术认知与工程实践见解，能够高效消化吸收学术界前沿方案，并将其转化为可落地的产品技术能力，解决实际业务中的视觉与几何重建痛点。 2. 精通运动恢复结构（SfM）算法全流程核心逻辑，能够精准分析经典SfM算法的技术局限性，并结合学术界最新研究成果设计针对性改进方案；具备Colmap、OpenMVG等主流SfM框架的二次开发与性能优化经验，深入掌握Flowmap、VGGSfM、DUST3R、VGGT等端到端重建方法，拥有完整的模型后训练、性能调优经验，且具备将SfM相关技术落地到实际产品的成熟方法论与工程实践案例。 3. 精通视觉-激光多传感器融合算法，或端到端SLAM算法的方案设计、工程开发与部署落地；深入掌握至少一种主流SLAM技术体系，包括但不限于Lidar SLAM（如FAST-LIO、Voxel-SLAM等）、Visual SLAM（如MSCKF、VINS、SVO等）或学习型SLAM（如Driod-SLAM、VVGT-Long等），具备从算法设计、原型开发到实际场景部署的全链路实践能力，能够应对复杂场景下的SLAM精度、实时性和长序列推理等核心技术挑战。 4. 深耕计算机视觉与计算机图形学交叉领域，精通相关核心算法，包括但不限于几何基础模型（深度估计、法向量重建、材质估计、SDF、Mesh等）、2D/3D感知模型（图像去噪、语义分割、超分辨率重建等），具备扎实的理论基础与工程实现能力，能够结合业务需求设计高效、可靠的算法解决方案

加分项： - 在ACL、ICLR、NeurIPS、CVPR等学术会议发表过高影响力研究者优先； - 在ACM、Kaggle等编程或AI竞赛中获奖者优先； - 主导或参与过具有广泛影响力的AI开源或闭源项目者优先。
