1、可靠性设计与风险分析：深度参与产品全流程研发工作，从概念设计阶段介入产品可靠性把控，协助开展FMEA（故障模式与影响分析）、DRBFM（基于失效模式的设计评审）、FTA（故障树分析）、PoF（失效物理设计分析）等核心可靠性分析工作，精准识别产品设计潜在失效风险，梳理风险问题并配合输出优化改进方案。 2、可靠性测试与验证评估：协助搭建、落地产品可靠性测试方案，涵盖高低温、湿热、振动、冲击等环境测试，以及寿命测试、加速老化测试等各类可靠性试验；配合完成测试执行、数据采集与整理分析，撰写标准化可靠性评估报告，跟进测试问题整改，推动问题全流程闭环。 3、标准规范与知识沉淀：协助团队完善公司可靠性设计规范、测试标准及研发流程体系，参与项目可靠性经验复盘，整理沉淀设计、测试、失效分析相关知识，搭建更新知识库，助力团队标准化、规范化作业。 4、跨部门协同优化：联动硬件、软件、结构等研发团队，落地产品可靠性设计要求，协助解决研发过程中出现的各类可靠性基础技术问题，从设计源头提升产品可靠性与稳定性。 5、技术学习与迭代升级：主动学习行业前沿可靠性技术与方法，跟踪汽车电子、激光雷达领域可靠性技术发展趋势，协助团队完成产品可靠性能力迭代优化。

1、学历专业 硕士及以上学历，应届毕业生，可靠性工程、电子工程、机械工程、材料科学与工程、自动化等相关专业。 2、专业能力 （1）熟悉可靠性基础理论知识，了解FMEA、FTA等常用可靠性风险分析方法，具备基础的可靠性建模、分析思维； （2）掌握高低温、湿热、振动、冲击等常规环境试验及可靠性寿命试验原理与流程，了解ISO、IEC、GB等相关行业测试标准； （3）具备基础数据统计分析能力，熟练使用Office数据分析功能，掌握Python、MATLAB、JMP任意一种数据分析工具者优先； （4）了解ANSYS、ABAQUS等有限元仿真（FEA）工具，具备结构强度、热分布、振动模态等仿真分析基础能力者优先； （5）有汽车电子、自动驾驶、激光雷达相关项目实习、科研经历者优先。 3、综合素质 （1）逻辑思维清晰严谨，具备良好的问题拆解、分析和解决能力，善于从试验数据、失效现象中定位问题根源； （2）具备良好的沟通表达、跨团队协作能力，工作积极主动、责任心强； （3）乐于学习新技术，抗压能力良好，具备较强的钻研精神和团队合作意识。
