1、加入公司智能装备团队，从工装治具到自动化单机，再到整线集成，参与智能制造核心环节。我们提供系统化培养路径，助你成为掌握"精密治具+自动化产线+智能制造"复合能力的专家； 2、根据灵巧手驱动器产品工艺要求（精密齿轮箱装配、电机定转子组装、胶粘剂自动涂布与固化、磁钢自动装配、整机总装与检测等），参与非标自动化设备及工装治具的方案设计（含3D/2D），支持产品从研发到量产的快速落地； 3、与研发、工艺、生产等部门协作，从产品设计源头提出可制造性与可自动化组装优化建议，推动设计源头优化； 4、参与设备及工装的组装调试，制定验收标准，完成现场调试与问题闭环，针对精密压装、背隙调整、自动涂胶等关键工艺环节持续优化设备精度与稳定性，交付稳定可靠的自动化单元； 5、支持量产阶段工装及自动化设备的优化，参与稳定性提升、节拍改善及成本降低项目； 6、参与公司非标零部件/模块的标准化库建设，推动备件管理与智能化库存。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机电一体化、精密仪器等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握至少一种三维设计软件（SolidWorks、Inventor、Creo等）及AutoCAD，熟悉机械制图标准、公差配合及常用材料特性； 3、对气动元件（气缸、电磁阀、传感器）、标准件（导轨、丝杆、轴承）有基本认知或课程设计经验；了解精密装配基础者优先； 4、有非标设计、机器人竞赛、自动化产线实习、工装夹具设计等经历者优先；课程设计或毕业设计涉及自动化装置亦可； 5、逻辑清晰，善于沟通协作，对新事物有好奇心，愿意在自动化产线调试现场解决问题，有一定抗压能力。
