1、负责现场设备故障应急处理：快速处理现场故障，组织故障真因分析，形成可复用的 Lessons Learned，制定长期改善措施并有效落地； 2、运维与优化：编制设备维护保养作业指导书，并组织实施对设备的预防性维护保养，分析设备的运行数据，持续优化设备维护策略，提升设备稳定性，改善设备MTBF/MTTR指标； 3、持续改善：和制造工程部门一起对设备的制程工艺进行分析与解决，协助制造工程部门对设备进行包括但不限于的CT, 良率，人力等各项改善来提高设备的OEE； 4、成本控制：确保设备平稳运行的前提下通过技术手段控制备件的采购成本和使用寿命去持续改善生产成本； 5、新产线设计评审和验收：负责参与评审设备SOR的完备性/评审供应商机械&电气设计方案中的潜在风险，到供应商进行预验收并结合自己的专业及早识别设备开发设计调试阶段的各类高中低风险项，并持续跟踪这些风险项直到闭环。

1、硕士学历优先，电气自动化，机械设计和制造等工程类相关专业； 2、能熟练使用机械设计类的软件如CAD,Solidworks完成零件图或装配图的设计，熟悉形位公差和尺寸公差的区别； 3、有相关制造类企业的实习或项目经历，了解基本的装配工艺和行业应用，比如压装，拧紧，点胶等工艺； 4、了解气动 / 液压系统的基本原理，能排查气缸、电磁阀、管路等常见故障； 5、熟悉常见机械传动机构（丝杆、导轨、同步带、减速机）的结构原理和故障判断； 6、具有较强的逻辑性、责任心、执行力、学习能力，有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
