岗位职责 1. 协助产品团队进行需求、任务、会议及相关信息的整理与跟进，维护产品需求清单、版本计划与问题台账。 2. 负责产品需求文档、产品规范、测试资料及用户反馈等文档的整理、归档与版本管理，确保文档格式统一、目录清晰、可快速检索。 3. 根据研发、测试及数据需求协助制定采集计划，负责采集员日常任务分配、时间安排与进度跟踪。 4. 跟进采集任务完成情况，发现延期、资源冲突等问题及时反馈并协调解决，确保研发和测试所需数据按计划交付。 5. 协调采集员、产品、算法及研发团队之间的信息同步，整理采集数据的任务记录与结果。 6. 协助跨部门信息同步与事项跟进，完成产品团队其他基础事务性工作。

任职要求 必须具备： 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、信息管理、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2. 对互联网产品、软件产品或 3D 技术产品有兴趣，希望长期从事产品工作。 3. 具备较强的学习能力和逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解复杂产品和业务。 4. 具备较好的文档整理与信息管理能力，熟练使用 Excel、Word、飞书等办公工具。 5. 做事细致、执行力强，能同时跟进多个任务，对任务进度敏感并主动反馈问题。 6. 对产品经理岗位有明确的职业发展意愿。 加分项： 1. 有产品助理、项目助理、PMO、运营助理等相关实习或工作经验。 2. 有软件、互联网、3D、机器人、计算机视觉等行业经验。 3. 有数据采集、测试协调或现场项目支持经验。 4. 有较强的文档规范意识和信息归纳能力。
