1、本科或以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，有一定的实习项目经验； 2、有扎实的JAVA基础，深刻理解集合框架、并发编程、JVM以及新版Jdk的新特性； 3、熟悉微服务架构，熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo、MyBatis等流行框架； 4、有良好的数据库基础，熟练掌握MySQL、PgSQL等数据库的使用及底层原理; 5、熟悉Nacos、Redis、Elasticsearch、RocketMQ、XxlJob、Sentinel、MinIO等中间件原理及熟练使用； 6、熟练使用Gitlab、Maven、Jenkins等开发辅助工具，熟悉Linux操作系统和Shell脚本编写； 7、熟悉Docker及K8S相关技术，有使用经验者优先； 8、具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，做事稳重，有独立的见解，有一定的抗压能力； 9、熟练使用AI工具提效，有用AI集成过后端项目或者开发过实用的AI工具，对AI的未来趋势有深刻理解；
