1、负责根据实际项目需求,制定半导体器件的性能测试方案,包含常规性能测试、特殊性能测试、DV和PV等。 2、负责根据实际项目需求,设计、开发半导体器件的测试评估电路和PCB板。 3、负责协调相关研发、应用及可靠性工程师,对半导体器件的性能、良率、可靠性做出完整评估。 4、负责维护半导体器件测试平台的稳定性和准确性。 5、负责根据实际项目需求,设计、开发并评估新的半导体器件性能测试架构,对测试结果的准确性负责。 6、负责根据实际项目需求，分析和定位半导体器件在整机应用中的问题，评估解决方案和优化方向。

1、硕士及以上学历。微电子、物理、电子科学与技术相关专业。 2、熟练掌握模拟电路设计和PCB设计,有单片机/FPGA编程经验优先。 3、掌握Python等大批量数据分析需要的编程技巧,或熟悉JMP/Miniitab等数据统计软件的使用方法。 4、熟悉测试中常用的仪器仪表使用方法,如示波器、源表、信号发生器等 5、有器件研发、应用等工作经验者优先。
