岗位职责： 1、跟踪供应商的质量管理体系认证进程并推进其改进； 2、负责关键电子元器件的质量验收标准制定与执行； 3、审核电子零部件的质量检测报告并监督生产工艺； 4、参与供应商的质量问题分析，监控改进方案效果； 5、推动新产品导入阶段材料的供应商质量管理与方案验证； 6、收集供应商质量执行数据并定期进行质量趋势分析； 7、编制质量管理相关报告，并向其他涉关部门提供质量建议。

1、本科及以上学历，微电子、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉IC设计、晶圆制造、IC封装工艺及验收标准； 3、有SEM、X-ray、CSAM、EMMI中多款设备应用经验； 4、具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 5、具有较强的抗压能力与问题解决能力； 6、工作细致认真，具备良好的逻辑分析能力。
