Der Bereich Residential gehört zu den wichtigsten Wachstumstreibern der Landmarken AG. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir Quartiere und Wohnkonzepte mit nachhaltiger Wirkung – und bewegen dabei Projekte mit einem Gesamtvolumen von über 3.000 Wohnungen, rund 305.000 m² BGF und einem Investitionsvolumen von etwa 1 Mrd. €.

  • Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und qualitätsvoller Wohnungsgrundrisse sowie zukunftsfähiger Gebäudetypologien
  • Erstellung von Vor-, Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Projekten in den Leistungsphasen 1–5 nach HOAI
  • Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien sowie Bebauungs- und Nutzungskonzepten für anspruchsvolle Wohnungsbau- und Quartiersentwicklungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Wettbewerben, Konzeptvergaben und Investorenverfahren
  • Koordination und Integration der Fachplanungen sowie Steuerung externer Planungsbüros
  • Abstimmung mit Kommunen, Behörden und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen architektonischen Qualität sowie der wirtschaftlichen Umsetzbarkeit unserer Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Wohnungsbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Leistungsphasen 1–5 nach HOAI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD- und BIM-Software
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bauordnungs- und Planungsrecht
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe gestalterische Kompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
