  • Korrespondenz mit und Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Dienstleister und Dritte
  • Betreuung eines vielseitigen Gebäudebestandes
  • Sicherstellung und Ausführung der Betreiberpflichten im Sinne des Auftraggebers wie z.B. Winterdienst
  • Überwachung der technischen Einrichtungen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der vertraglichen Pflichten aus Mietverträgen und Hausordnungen
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Ausführung notwendiger Instandhaltungs-/Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen und Schönheitsreparaturen
  • Ansprechpartner und Koordinator zur Aufnahme, Anzeige und Verfolgung von Mängeln resultierend aus dem Gebäudebetrieb
  • Pflege der Außen- und Gartenanlagen
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
  • Du koordinierst und weist Handwerker/Handwerkerinnen und Wartungsfirmen ein und übernimmst die Kontrolle sowie die Abnahme der erbrachten Leistungen

Dein Profil

  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung (idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Heizung/Sanitär) alternativ Berufserfahrung im Hausmeisterbetrieb
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen wie Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Interesse an innovativen, digitalen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Flexibles und agiles Denken
  • Selbstständige, systematische und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B besten Falls BE
