工作职责​ 1.持续进行 AI 软件 / AI 应用方向 的项目挖掘与跟进​ 2.独立或主导完成项目判断、投资分析与交易推进​ 3.深度参与交易谈判、条款沟通及投资决策过程​ 4.在投资后阶段，协助被投企业推进 后续融资与关键资源对接​ 5.与创始人保持高质量沟通，成为其长期可信赖的投资伙伴​
