岗位职责 1. 使用 AI 工具独立完成全栈开发工作，负责系统从设计到上线的全流程 2. 基于 Next.js / React / Node.js / Supabase 技术栈构建 AI 应用和产品 3. 将 AI（Cursor / Claude / Code）作为默认协作者，系统性地提升开发效率 4. 负责项目的部署运维，确保系统稳定运行 5. 参与内部 AI Coding 协作框架的优化和 Agent / Prompt 规范的制定

任职要求： 1. AI 工具熟练度：重度使用 Cursor / Claude Code/Codex/Opencode 等AI编程工具，将 AI 作为默认协作者而非辅助工具 2. 技术栈(任何技术栈均可，优先熟悉AI原生语言及框架 前端：Next.js或React框架，后端Node.js或python）： 3. 部署运维：具备项目部署和运维经验，阿里云/腾讯云/AWS等，能够独立完成系统上线和日常维护 3. 思维方式：关心"系统怎么跑起来"，能用 AI 提升开发确定性，享受把复杂问题跑通的过程 4. 责任感：对系统整体质量负责，而非只关注代码行数

加分项 1. 有 Agent 开发经验（langchain、langgraph、AutoGen等） 2. 有独立从0到1完成产品经验 3. 熟悉 Prompt Engineering 和 AI 协作规范
