岗位职责： 1.募资相关尽调文件准备，对外协调沟通投资人; 2.针对股权投资市场进行调研和研究，针对国内外一级市场募集动态、行业市场环境和政策法规变化进行追踪和分析，对于募资有价值的信息进行总结和梳理; 3.从投资者关系维护、募资角度，协助处理基金PR工作，包括协助组织LP活动、撰写面向LP或者潜在LP的PR内容等; 4.跟进基金投资项目情况，进行信息搜集、调研、整理等工作; 5.配合法务完成投资人穿透核查; 组织协调相关人员出具投资人报告。

1.有投行或ir相关工作经验优先； 2.PPT等材料制作水平专业，文字功底较强； 3.性格乐观积极向上，责任心强，工作认真细心，有耐心； 4.有较强的Multi-task能力，沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力强。
