岗位职责： 1. 根据创始人表达风格、业务重点和传播目标，协助进行选题策划、内容拆解和内容日历管理。 2. 能将访谈、会议观点、行业思考、日常表达等素材，整理加工为适合不同平台发布的内容形式，包括但不限于短视频口播稿、图文笔记、短内容文案、标题封面方向等。 3. 协同内外部团队推进内容生产，包括拍摄对接、剪辑沟通、素材整理、发布排期和进度跟踪。 4. 跟踪各平台内容表现数据，定期复盘内容效果，持续优化选题、表达方式和运营策略。 5. 关注平台规则、内容趋势和同类优质账号动态，结合账号定位提出可执行的优化建议。 6. 在确保内容质量和品牌调性的基础上，提升账号的持续更新能力和整体专业形象。 7. 对涉及品牌、公关、合规边界的内容保持基本判断，必要时能与团队协同把关。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上小红书、抖音、视频号等平台内容运营经验，有个人IP、企业家IP、媒体账号、财经/商业/科技类账号运营经验优先。 2.有较强的内容感和文字能力，能快速理解他人的表达风格，并转化为适合平台传播的内容。 3. 熟悉小红书、抖音、视频号三类平台的内容逻辑、用户习惯和基础运营机制，知道什么内容适合哪里发，而不是一稿三发。 4. 具备较强的执行力和推进能力，能管理多线程工作，不拖沓，能盯结果。 5 具备基础审美和内容判断力，能把控标题、封面、节奏、评论区氛围等细节。 6. 有一定数据敏感度，能看懂基础运营指标，并根据数据做迭代。 7. 有责任心和保密意识，适应与创始人高频协作。 8. 加分项：有视频脚本能力、采访提炼能力、基础拍摄/剪辑沟通能力，或服务过科技、财经、自媒体、品牌创始人等相关经验。
