我们希望你具备 1. 单一领域覆盖极深 - 在某一 AI 细分方向具备长期积累 - 对技术脉络、关键人物、公司与趋势有系统认知 - 能快速判断 谁在做事、谁在玩概念 你不需要覆盖很多方向，但你覆盖的那个方向，锦秋愿意长期押注。 2. 强资源抓手与圈层影响力 - 在顶级高校或一线大厂中，有稳定、真实的人才与项目信息来源 - 经常被同行、创业者或年轻从业者主动咨询 - 在某个圈子里，具备一定 KOL 属性或意见影响力 你的价值不只是“认识很多人”，而是你的一句话，能让人愿意认真考虑一件事。 3. 能把影响力转化为投资结果 - 理解早期项目的投资逻辑 - 愿意参与项目判断、讨论与推进 - 不只是“介绍项目”，而是愿意 共同把事情往前推 如果你曾参与过项目孵化、创业辅导、技术社区运营或非正式投资，都会是很好的加分项。 4. 认同长期主义与真实投入 - 不把“投资人”当作身份标签 - 更关注长期关系、信任积累与真实价值 - 对 AI 行业保持长期兴趣与投入意愿
