Je bouwt bestaande klantrelaties strategisch uit en bent tegelijkertijd de drijvende kracht achter het succes van je eigen talentpool. Omdat ons supportteam de administratieve randzaken voor je opvangt, richt jij je puur op het verdiepen van relaties, strategisch adviseren en meebouwen aan onze razendsnelle groei!

DIT GA JE DOEN.

Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de klanttevredenheid als het succes van jouw talentpool in de regio. Je bent een volwaardig adviseur voor de inlenende managers op locatie en zorgt dat onze verschillende proposities optimaal worden ingezet. Omdat ons supportteam de administratieve en korte vragen opvangt, heb jij de tijd om écht de diepte in te gaan met je klanten en praktische talenten.

In de praktijk houdt dit in dat je:

  • Actief zoekt naar kansen voor account-uitbouw. Je leert het liefst iedereen binnen de organisatie van je opdrachtgever kennen om onze dienstverlening structureel te vergroten.
  • Als volwaardig adviseur op treedt bij capaciteits- en procesvraagstukken van de klant.
  • Het goede gesprek voert met de werkenden talenten in jouw pool. Je bespreekt hun performance, ambities en wensen, regelt contractverlengingen en stuurt scherp bij waar dat nodig is.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met een hecht team van recruiters, opleidingscoördinatoren en de Business Unit Manager om marktontwikkelingen direct om te zetten in commerciële kansen.

DIT BEN JIJ.

  • Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring als intercedent, recruiter of accountmanager binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling, waardoor je de dynamiek van de markt al goed kent.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een SEU-diploma op zak, of de motivatie om deze theoretische basis snel via ons te behalen.
  • Je bent commercieel scherp en mensgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk in het Nederlands, minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar en reist graag naar je klanten in de regio.

WAT WIJ JOU BIEDEN.

  • Een gegarandeerd basissalaris van € 3.500,- tot € 4.500,- met een prestatiebonus die oploopt tot € 2.000,- extra, oftewel een totale verdiencapaciteit tot wel € 6.500,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur);
  • Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling op basis van commerciële prestaties;

  • De benodigde hardware en telefoon om jouw rol uit te kunnen voeren;
