Je bent klaar voor de start van je carrière en wilt je ontwikkelen naar een commerciële rol. Je zoekt een plek waar écht in jouw ontwikkeling wordt geïnvesteerd en waar je snel stappen kunt maken. Bij Level.works start je als recruiter en word je de matchmaker tussen talentvolle kandidaten en topwerkgevers in sectoren als het openbaar vervoer, transport, logistiek en techniek. Jij krijgt energie van het doorgronden van ambities en het maken van de perfecte match.

DIT GA JE DOEN.

Als recruiter leer je het vak van A tot Z. Vanaf dag één investeren we fors in jouw vaardigheden door bijvoorbeeld intensieve trainingen van externe professionals in gesprekstechnieken en het volgen van de SEU-opleiding. In het eerste jaar behaal je al twee waardevolle certificaten.

Al deze skills breng je direct in de praktijk op de werkvloer. In de dagelijkse praktijk houdt dit in dat je:

  • Telefonische en persoonlijke selectiegesprekken voert om de talenten en ambities van kandidaten (onze praktische talenten) écht te leren kennen.
  • Praktische talenten intensief en enthousiast begeleid vanaf hun allereerste sollicitatie tot en met hun succesvolle eerste werkdag.
  • Razendsnel schakelt met je team om het werk slim te verdelen, de openstaande aanvragen in te vullen en samen successen te vieren (hallo, champagnemoment!).

Je groeit door binnen recruitment op basis van je prestaties, niet op vaste beoordelingsmomenten. Zodra je voldoet aan de functie-eisen en de benodigde competenties laat zien, kun je doorgroeien naar de volgende stap.

DIT BEN JIJ.

  • Je hebt minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Commercieel gedreven, maar altijd met een servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je bouwt graag fulltime mee aan het succes van een energiek en groeiend team vanuit ons kantoor schuin tegenover Rotterdam Centraal.

WAT WIJ JOU BIEDEN.

  • Een gegarandeerd basissalaris van € 2.850,- met een gemiddeld OTE-salaris van € 3.300,- en een bonuspotentieel tot wel € 4.850,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)!
  • Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling die kan oplopen tot een half maandsalaris.
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden: bij goed presteren groei je binnen 12 maanden door naar Recruitment Consultant of een commerciële functie, inclusief salarisverhoging.
  • Uitzicht op een leaseauto (inclusief tankpas) bij goed functioneren op termijn met de mogelijkheid om deze privé te rijden.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling en 25 vakantiedagen.
