Ben jij het commerciële zwaargewicht dat ons landelijke portfolio in de logistiek strategisch laat schalen? Bij Level.works zoeken we een Senior Accountmanager die de regie pakt over onze topspelers in Transport en Logistiek. Ons sales-team brengt de accounts binnen, jij bent de strategische kracht die de samenwerking op alle niveaus uitbouwt en maximaal laat groeien.

DIT GA JE DOEN.

In deze rol ben je de commerciële regisseur van ons landelijke klantportfolio binnen de business unit Transport en Logistiek. Omdat wij een apart sales-team hebben voor koude acquisitie, ligt jouw focus volledig op stakeholdermanagement, DMU-bewerking en accountexpansie.

  • Je bent de strategische gesprekspartner voor logistiek managers op de vloer én directieleden, van Rotterdam tot Venlo. Je krijgt de belangen van HR, inkoop en operations moeiteloos op één lijn.
  • Je verstevigt relaties met key-contacts, overtreft verwachtingen en zorgt dat Level.works de nummer één preferred supplier blijft.
  • Je verhoogt de inzet van uren per account door onze flexoplossingen én eigen softwaretools slim te pitchen bij de juiste beslissers.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze onboarding van nieuwe accounts en stemt dagelijks scherp af met Recruitment om de beloofde kwaliteit op de vloer te garanderen.

DIT BEN JIJ.

  • Je beschikt over hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren stevige ervaring in B2B-accountmanagement (bij voorkeur in arbeidsbemiddeling).
  • Je werkt graag vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam en bent fysiek bij je klanten door het hele land aanwezig (met je leaseauto).
  • Je bent een sterke relatiebouwer met een scherp commercieel oog: je ziet direct waar we onze dienstverlening kunnen uitbreiden of digitaliseren en stuurt actief op resultaat.

WAT WIJ JOU BIEDEN.

  • Een gegarandeerd basissalaris van € 3.500,- tot € 5.500,- met een prestatiebonus die oploopt tot € 2.000,- extra, oftewel een totale verdiencapaciteit tot wel € 7.500,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur);
