Ben jij een ervaren commerciële consultant met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in B2B sales of arbeidsbemiddeling? Wil jij het verschil maken met consultative selling, fysieke klantbezoeken én een succesvolle B2B-marketingsamenwerking? In deze rol ben jij dé specialist die onze grotere klanten aansluit op onze dienstverlening en zorgt voor maximale versnelling in onze groeimarkten.

DIT GA JE DOEN.

Als Sales Consultant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het salestraject van A tot Z. Je start met slimme proactieve outreach en eindigt met een getekend contract bij de accountmanager voor de overdracht van jouw nieuwe opdrachtgever. Jouw rol is verdeeld in drie pijlers:

  • Het proactief benaderen en het gesprek openen met potentiële opdrachtgevers. Dit doe je met behulp van jouw netwerk, deuren binnenlopen en slimme AI-ondersteuning.
  • Fysieke adviesgesprekken bij potentiële opdrachtgevers om strategisch mee te denken over hun vraagstukken, consultative selling toepassen en samenwerkingen te concretiseren.
  • Direct samenwerken met de B2B marketeers om de go-to-market, proposities en leadconversies continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

DIT BEN JIJ.

  • Minimaal 2 jaar succesvolle ervaring in een zelfstandige B2B commerciële rol (bij voorkeur binnen arbeidsbemiddeling of zakelijke dienstverlening);
  • Ruime ervaring met consultative selling, gecombineerd met de proactiviteit om de telefoon te pakken en direct bij opdrachtgevers op adviesgesprek te gaan;
  • Een datagestuurde en strategische blik, je snapt de waarde van B2B-marketing en data in het salesproces;
  • Ondernemerschap, overtuigingskracht en een bewezen track record in het behalen en overtreffen van targets.

WAT WIJ JOU BIEDEN.

  • Een OTE van € 5.000 tot € 7.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), opgebouwd uit een gegarandeerd basissalaris én een prestatiebonus tot € 2.000,- per maand.

  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Business Development of Senior Sales Consultant binnen onze snelgroeiende organisatie;
